BIOMEDICAL COMPANIES BLOOMING AT WOODLANDS CENTRAL CLUSTER

WLC-MIT-PIC

Fast-growing biomedical companies such as Life Technologies and AB Sciex are expanding at MIT’s Woodlands Central cluster.

In June 2012, Life Technologies, a global biomedical company, expanded within the Woodlands Central cluster by taking up additional space. The company is expected to double its space take-up once upgrading works at the Woodlands Central cluster is completed by the second quarter of 2013.

AB Sciex, another existing tenant and a global leader in life science analytical technologies, has also expanded and took up more units at the Woodlands Central cluster in May this year.

The upgrading works will give the Woodlands Central cluster a brand new exclusive corporate look which is well-suited for businesses in the Biomedical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical related industries. The cluster is just a short 5-minute walk from Woodlands MRT station and is conveniently located near to amenities such as Causeway Point Shopping Mall and Woodlands Civic Centre.
